Logés dans l'annexe à 150m de l'hôtel, très bon accueil, studio propre et confortable, mériterait toute foi une petite remise au goût du jour ça fait vieillot. Petit déjeuner, basic sans plus. Il faut aller à l'hôtel pour les autres repas qui sont familiaux et bons dans l'ensemble. Personnels au top toujours souriants et très sympathiques.
Excellent séjour ! 2 semaines passées à la villa des bains avec notre fils d’un an : tout le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, l’ambiance est familiale et chaleureuse. Le patron a le souci d’accueillir les clients avec chaleur et a tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour avec un bébé en bas âge. Piscine extérieure et intérieure, très appréciable avec le petit. La cuisine est généreuse, et le chef a su s’adapter à nos demandes spécifiques. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans la région ! Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
Nous étions en voyage ANCV . Nous n'avons que des éloges à émettre tant en ce qui concerne l'hôtel que son personnel accueillant , serviable et compétent. La cuisine est variée , familiale et excellente . Nous avons eu comme guide Evelyne qui , en plus d'être compétente sait également manier l'humour. Les excursions et les animations de soirée ont été très bien choisies . Merci à vous tous qui avez fait que ce séjour , dans ce magnifique village de Vic sur Cere et du Cantal soit parfait. Excellent séjour. A noter toutefois le comportement particulièrement mal aimable et agressif du seul serveur masculin du restaurant, qui a de plus commis plusieurs erreurs dans son service (plan de table en début de séjour , non respect de régimes alimentaires spéciaux pourtant clairement écrits noir sur blanc... etc).
Très agréable séjour. Très bon accueil de Christophe. Le cadre est superbe et l'hôtel offre la possibilité de se rafraîchir et se détendre dans les piscines intérieures comme extérieures après de bonnes randonnées ou trail. Salle avec jeux de société qui nous a permis de bien rigoler le soir. Terrain de pétanque. Espace extérieur très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont correctes pour le temps que nous y passons, literie confortable. Je félicite et recommande. Très bon rapport qualité prix Merci pour ces quelques jours. Morgane et Grégoire
